Abstract Submission

Call for Abstracts

The 5th Asian Society of Fertility Preservation (ASFP) 2025 invites researchers and clinicians to submit abstracts on fertility preservation for review by the Congress Scientific Committee.

Key Dates:

• Abstract Submission Opens: 1st February 2025
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 30th June 2025
• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 30th March 2025

Submission Guidelines:

• Abstracts must be submitted in English to malaysiafertilitypreservation@gmail.com
• Submissions must not have been published previously.
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts per participant.
• Case reports are accepted.
• Abstracts must not exceed 350 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and section headings).
• The abstract should follow the structure: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
• Figures, tables, pictures, and references should not be included.

Notification & Presentation:

• Authors will be notified of acceptance within three (3) working days via email.
• Accepted presenters must confirm their conference registration for their abstracts to be included in the programme.
• E-posters will be displayed throughout the conference.

Awardees will also receive an e-certificate for the Best Poster Award. Failure to submit an e-poster by the deadline will result in disqualification.

e-Poster Guidelines

• All e-posters must be in PowerPoint format (printed posters will not be accepted).
• File size must not exceed 10 MB.
• E-poster dimensions: A1 size (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm) in portrait orientation. A template will be provided.
• Photographs and figures must be minimum 300 dpi resolution for clarity.
• If your file exceeds 10 MB, please contact the secretariat for alternative submission methods.
• The authors’ names and titles must match the abstract submission details.
